Check-In

The check-in desk serves as the registration and information point. This is where you register and collect your name badges for the event.

You can do this and ask any further questions at the following times:

Wednesday:14:00-18:30
Thursday:08:30-11:30 and 13:00-14:30
Friday:08:30-10:30

You can spot the volunteers and organisers by the yellow ribbon on their name badges!

Contacts

The following people are available on site and by email:

Wi-Fi

On campus, you can use the standard ‘eduroam’ network or Zeppelin University’s ‘welcome’ Wi-Fi. No password is required to access the ‘welcome’ Wi-Fi.

Technical facilities in the seminar rooms

All seminar rooms are equipped with permanently installed projectors. Please note that all ZU projectors are fitted with VGA and HDMI ports and can only be controlled via these connections. You must therefore bring the appropriate adapters for your devices (e.g. your laptop), as Zeppelin University is unable to provide adapters (or laptops). A brief guide is available in the seminar room.

Cafeteria & Bar

The lunch break is scheduled for 12:00–14:00. Due to limited capacity in the canteen, there will be two lunch slots, between which participants must divide themselves: 12:00–13:00 and 13:00–14:00. A vegetarian option will definitely be available. Lunch costs approximately €10 for guests.

On Wednesday and Thursday evenings, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available at the bar at cost price.

PLEASE NOTE! For technical reasons, we are unfortunately only able to accept cash payments. Alternatively, you can purchase meal vouchers, which can be topped up using a debit or credit card.
