One of the aims of our group is the expansion of the ‚Western‘ canon of political thought by gathering information on political thought in ‚non-Western‘ societies.

In order to make our students as well as a larger audience familiar with ‚non-Western‘ political thought, we need teaching material. Therefore, we are planning to publish a reader on ‚Global Political Thought‘, containing paramount texts of ‘non-Western’ political thought.

We are keen to ensure a well-balanced selection of texts which has been approved of by experts from the regions concerned. For this reason, we ask experts from all over the world for help.
