29th DVPW Convention, September 24 – 27, 2024, Georg-August-Universität Göttingen
During the DVPW Convention we offer childcare for the children of participants. Childcare will be provided by Kindertagespflege Göttingen on the premises of the Georg-August-Universität Göttingen in the immediate vicinity of the convention events. Based on the registrations, Kindertagespflege Göttingen will form groups with a maximum of five children of similar age and assign caregivers.
With the support of the University of Göttingen’s Family Office, we are able to offer childcare free of charge. However, parents must provide their own meals (food and drinks) for their children during the childcare hours.
Please register your child/children (individually) for childcare by 25 August 2024 using the form on meineDVPW (login required). Should there be any changes to childcare requirements at short notice after 25 August 2024, please contact the convention team by email. Please note that we will have to charge a cancellation fee for childcare places that are registered but not used.
There will also be spaces for breastfeeding and changing infants during the convention, independent of childcare. Details will be announced as soon as possible.
If you bring an accompanying person to Göttingen to help you look after your child/children, we will be happy to register them for the convention free of charge so that access to the convention area is guaranteed. Please contact the convention team by e-mail.
