The PPRN Graduate Workshop will consist of three panels:
Although we cannot provide travel reimbursement, all PhD students, post-docs, and early career researchers from any university can participate. Presenters will be assigned a discussant from the cohort of senior scholars and will have 15 minutes to present their research and 30 minutes for discussion. Discussants will read the paper in advance and will provide comments. At the end of the workshop (6.00-7.00 pm), there will be a roundtable on "Is there Life after the PhD? Public Policy and the Job Market", where established professors and lecturers will share suggestions on how to be prepared and competitive for the job market.
Coffeebreaks, lunch, and wine reception will be provided.
