Job Description
The Faculty of Social Sciences invites applications for a full-time position as an Associate Professor or Assistant Professor with tenure track, including teaching responsibilities in European Politics at the Master's and Bachelor's levels at the Global Studies Institute and the Faculty of Social Sciences.
The candidate is expected to be a specialist in European Politics, understood as relating to EU institutions and/or the relations between political actors contributing to the definition, activity, and evolution of EU institutions and policies (European integration process). Specific expertise on relations between Switzerland and the European Union is highly desired.
The candidate will be required to teach and develop research at the national and international levels in the relevant field.
He/she must also engage with the Global Studies Institute and the Faculty of Social Sciences (Department of Political Science and International Relations), collaborating as well with other departments and institutes within the Faculty.
