Three-year post-doctoral research position in the Horizon EU- Project  “Transforming and Defending Multilateralism: European Union Support for more Robust, Effective and Democratic Global Governance” (ENSURED, 2023-2026). The project will examine how the EU and its member states can transform and defend global governance to make it more robust, effective and democratic. It includes 14 universities, think tanks and civil society partners from Belgium, Czech Republic, Estonia, Germany, Italy, The Netherlands as well as Brazil, China, India, South Africa, and the US.  

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the conceptual framework of the research project
• Contribute to data collection, database management, and quantitative analysis
• Contribute to qualitative analysis in the field of health, human rights and migration

Qualifications:

• Completed M.A. studies in a relevant discipline (e.g. political science, social science or public administration, preferably with focus in international relations)
• Completed PhD (within the past three years)
• Expertise and interest in data collection and quantitative/qualitative social science methods is expected
• Excellent English skills ·   Basic German skills are desirable
